We present to your attention CFEX Elite Client program. For Elite Client program members only the shipping costs will be discounted!

We have developed Elite program for regular CFEX clients. If you have paid $100 or more for international shipments via CFEX within last 3 months (freight charges), you will automatically join the CFEX Elite Client program. Due to this program you get a 10% discount on the shipping costs of your parcels within the next 3 months from the date this condition is met. From the moment you join the CFEX Elite Client program, the discount will apply to all packages that qualify as “Abroad Stock”. If after 3 months you fulfill the conditions of the program again (for the last 3 months the shipping costs in the amount of 100 USD or more), you will receive the same discount for another 3 months.

Question: Where can I follow up the shipping costs for the last 3 months?

Answer: You can see this information on the right side in the TL Balance section by entering your personal account on our website (www.cfex.az). Please remember that when you fulfill Elite Client program conditions, you will receive an SMS/e-mail notification and will be able to enjoy these benefits.

Question: What packages are covered by the discount?

Answer: From the moment you join Elite Client program, the discount will apply to all your packages that have the status "Abroad Stock" for the next 3 months. That is, if you have a package that was previously in our warehouse abroad, the discount for this package does not apply. Only your subsequent packages will be discounted.

Question: For parcels from which countries will the discount apply?

Answer: The discount will apply to your parcels from all countries from where delivery is carried out through our company.

Question: Will the discount be canceled at the end of the 3-month period for my packages that were ordered but not delivered within the shipping discount period?

Answer: No, if the discount was valid during the order, then after 3 months the discount on your parcel will not be canceled. Only from the end of the 3-month period, the discount does not apply to your subsequent orders. That is, these 3 months are the discount period for your orders made during this period. You can pay for the package covered by this discount at any time. The amount of payment for transportation will be inclusive of the discount.

Question: Can I take advantage of the discounts offered by this program after the 3-month period?

Answer: Yes, of course. If after 3 months you fulfill the conditions of Elite Client program again, you will receive a discount for the next 3 months. A notification about this will be sent both by SMS and email.

Question: Will my discounts be suspended if I do not fulfill Elite Client program terms within the 3 month period?

Answer: No. If you have fulfilled the conditions of Elite Client program, in all circumstances your discount on your packages will be valid for the next 3 months. That is, even if you do not fulfill the conditions of this program during this period, your discount will remain valid. Only after these 3 months it will be considered whether you have fulfilled the conditions of Elite Client program. If you still fulfill the conditions, then the discount on the shipping costs of parcels will be extended for another 3 months.

Question: Does Elite Client discount apply to courier rates?

Answer: No. This discount applies only to the international shipping costs of your parcels from Turkey and other countries to Azerbaijan.
