User Rules

1. Eachcustomer-user, registered or unregistered on the website www.cfex.az, should,if necessary, enter his personal data in the appropriate fields.

2. Eachcustomer-user, registered or not registered on the website www.cfex.az, isfully responsible for the correctness and accuracy of the data entered in the correspondingfields.

3. Eachcustomer-user, registered or unregistered on the website www.cfex.az, isobliged to send a notification and inform about the update of the originallyentered data that has been changed.

4. Eachcustomer-user, registered or unregistered on the website www.cfex.az, isresponsible for any consequences that may arise when transferring personal passwordsand information to other persons.

5. Eachcustomer-user, registered or unregistered on the website www.cfex.az, can orderany product worth up to 300 (three hundred) USD within 1 (one) month. In thiscase, the customs duty is not levied from customer.

6. If thevalue of goods ordered by each customer-user, registered or not registered onthe website www.cfex.az, exceeds 300 (three hundred) USD within 1 (one) month,then the customer undertakes to pay customs duties in the amount of 36% of thetotal order value.

7. During transportingparcels via CFEX, we take responsibility for customs clearance of orders up toUS $ 300 only.

8. Paymentfor the delivery of parcels of each customer-user, registered or unregisteredon the website www.cfex.az, is calculated according to the actual and dimensionalweight.

9. Eachcustomer-user registered or unregistered on the website www.cfex.az, shouldopen and check the parcel at the CFEX office. In case of damage or anyunpleasant situation, the company must be notified.

Conditions of carriage

1. CFEX isnot a manufacturing company and does not provide any selling services. Eachcustomer-user, registered or unregistered on the website www.cfex.az, transfersthe payment from his personal account to the bank account of the foreigncompany with which CFEX cooperates. There is provision for the commissionpayment of 5% (bank) when placing an order.

2. Orderssent by customer-users, registered or not registered on the websitewww.cfex.az, the term of payment 'Due Upon Receipt', are not processed.

3. CFEX isnot responsible for the manufacturer's mistake in Turkey, as well as for thequality, composition, size and shape of the shipped goods, the lack of goods inthe stock or the cancellation of the order by seller.

4. CFEX isnot responsible for the terms of the domestic (from the manufacturer to theCFEX warehouse) delivery of goods ordered by users, registered or notregistered on the website www.cfex.az.

5. CFEXdoes not conduct any other operations on customer orders - regarding color,size, etc.

6. CFEXassumes no obligation regarding the payment security and terms of the onlinestore where the order was placed by the buyer.

7. If thereis a problem with a product ordered by each user, registered or unregistered onthe website www.cfex.az (lack of a certain product or ordered size, etc.), theamount paid by the user is returned to his/her bank card by the online store inTurkey.

8. Paymentsdone by every user, registered or unregistered on www.cfex.az website, are madein Turkish lira (the national currency of Turkey) and CFEX is not responsiblefor any additional bank charges.

9. If thepayment for the goods ordered by each user, registered or not registered on thewebsite www.cfex.az, is refunded for any reason, the commission of 5% is notrefundable.

10. Ifthere are any problems with the goods ordered by each user, registered orunregistered on the website www.cfex.az, the user is notified by phone or by anyother way.

11. Paymentfor goods ordered by each user, registered or not registered on the websitewww.cfex.az, is refunded only in the following cases:

- if theordered product runs out of stock in the online store in Turkey;

- if theuser accidentally credits funds to his/her balance;

- if theuser refuses the order;

- if theordered product is canceled by an online store in Turkey.

12. Eachcustomer-user, registered or not registered on the website www.cfex.az,receives information about the arrival of the ordered goods to the CFEXwarehouse in Baku, after which the parcel is delivered. But if the orderedgoods are not delivered within 15 days after notification for reasons dependingon the recipient, he undertakes to pay CFEX a fee of 1 AZN for each day of storagein the warehouse. If the delivery of the parcel is not carried out within 45days for reasons depending on the recipient, it will be destroyed from the useraccount. The amount in this case is not returned to the customer.

13. If eachcustomer-user, registered or not registered on the website www.cfex.az, refusesafter receiving the ordered goods, then no part of the paid amount is returnedto the client. The customer-user will not be able to use the service to place anew order unless he/she pays a 15-day penalty to the shipping company, i.e.CFEX.

14. Refundof payment to the card of each customer-user, registered or not registered onthe website www.cfex.az, is carried out within 15 working days, in some casesthis period may increase with the rules of work of a particular bank.

15. Thecosts of delivery of parcels from Turkey is calculated based on the weight ofeach parcel.

16. Ordersfor products prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan arenot accepted under any circumstances.
